By accessing or using Sweetheart AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users during the Alpha Preview period.
2. Description of Service
Sweetheart AI (Smart Web-based Engine for Efficient Task Handling & Enhanced Analytics in Real-time Technology) provides an AI-powered data analytics platform that allows users to upload data files (CSV, Excel), generate dashboards, create reports, and perform data analysis using natural language queries. The service is currently in Alpha Preview and is provided free of charge to all users.
3. Alpha Preview Terms
During the Alpha Preview period, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The service is provided as-is and may contain bugs or incomplete features
- Features, limits, and pricing may change before general availability
- Data persistence is not guaranteed — we recommend exporting important dashboards via the .sweetheart format
- The service is provided completely free to all users during the Alpha period (approximately 12 months from launch)
- We may collect anonymised usage data to improve the platform
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Upload data containing personally identifiable information without proper authorization
- Abuse the free tier to circumvent fair usage limits
6. AI-Generated Content
Sweetheart AI uses artificial intelligence to generate dashboards, charts, insights, and reports from your data. You acknowledge that: (1) AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete; (2) You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated analysis before making business decisions; (3) We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. By uploading data to our platform, you grant us a limited license to process and analyse your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it to train AI models.
8. Subscription & Payments
During the Alpha Preview period, all plans are free. Future pricing structure:
- Free Plan: Core features, fair usage limits
- Pro Plan: Expanded features and limits (pricing TBD)
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for organisations
We will provide at least 30 days notice before introducing any paid plans. Early Alpha users will receive preferential pricing.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sweetheart AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. During Alpha, the service is provided with no uptime guarantees.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
